AODA
Assessment 
A face-to-face interview to determine the full nature
and extent of an individuals relationship to alcohol and/or other drug
use. Recommendation for intervention and/or treatment services may be
made based upon individuals needs.
Outpatient
Substance Abuse Service 
Outpatient treatment services less than 9 hours per week
focusing on education, self-exploration, problem solving and helping individuals
address issues in their life associated with alcohol/drug use. Services
will be rendered based on individual treatment, motivation and need. Continued
care recommendations will be made upon completion of the program based
on individual needs.
Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Service

Outpatient treatment services more than 9 hours per week
focusing on education, self-exploration, problem solving and helping individuals
address issues in their life associated with alcohol/drug use. Services
will be rendered based on individual treatment, motivation and need. Continued
care recommendations will be made upon completion of the program based
on individual needs.
Risk
Education 
Education based on alcohol/drugs, the effect on user,
families and society. Information regarding signs/symptoms of abuse verses
dependence of alcohol/drugs. Information on intervention treatments and
community resources available to help individuals with alcohol or drug
related problems.
DUI Evaluation
The DUI Evaluation process is a face-to-face interview
to determine risk factors associated with driving under the influence
and/or the abusive use of alcohol or other drugs. Minimum information
required to complete the DUI Evaluation is a current driving abstract,
BAC results of DUI arrest and one Collateral Contact (a documented talk
with someone who knows you well.) Upon completion of the DUI Evaluation,
recommendations will be made for DUI services in one of the four categories
(Minimal Risk, Moderate Risk, Significant Risk, and High Risk.) On an
individual basis services may be waived.
DUI
Evaluation Update
A DUI Evaluation Update is a face-to-face interview to
determine any ongoing risk to substance abuse or driving under the influence
and/or to document positive changes that the individual has made to reduce
the potential for future substance related problems including driving
under the influence.
DUI
Minimal Risk Program 
The DUI Minimal Risk Program is a program established
to educate individuals of the risk associated with alcohol and/or drug
use, to define substance abuse/dependence, demonstrate the effects of
chemical abuse on families, and the effects of driving under the influence.
This program consists of a minimum of 10 hours of remedial education.
DUI
Moderate Risk Program 
The DUI Moderate Risk Program is a combination of 10 hours
of risk education and a minimum of 12 hours of an early intervention program
focusing on an individuals relationship to alcohol or other drugs.
DUI
Significant Risk Program 
The DUI Significant Risk Program is a combination of a
minimum of 10 hours risk education and a minimum of 20 hours of out-patient
counseling focusing on addressing the individuals abusive relationship
to alcohol and/or drugs. Recommendation for continued care will be determined
based upon individual needs.
DUI
High Risk Program 
The DUI High Risk Program consists of a minimum of 75
hours of out-patient substance counseling established to address the individuals
abusive and/or dependent relationship to alcohol and/or other drugs. Continued
care recommendations will be made based upon individual needs.
